All orders placed with Pointrite.co.uk are accepted on the understanding that the customer
has read, understands and accepts the Terms & Conditions of sale as stated below.
Pointrite.co.uk reserve the right to cancel any order whereby the customer is deemed to have failed to complete their obligation having placed an order. Pointrite.co.uk ONLY accept transactions in Pounds sterling (GBP)
The customer is entitled to cancel an order and return any goods that may have been dispatched up to 7 days of receipt subject to our returns policy (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Pointrite.co.uk will endeavour to ensure the product received is complete to customer satisfaction and of high quality. However,
if the customer is not satisfied with the product it can be returned to us within 28 days providing that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Costs incurred to return goods are the responsibility of the customer. Pointrite.co.uk will not re-imburse the customer for products supplied and returned to us as used items.
The customer must notify us immediately of orders not received by the agreed delivery date. Pointrite.co.uk will not accept a
claim for loss in transit if notification is not made within 5 days of the agreed delivery date.
Packages received must be checked prior to signing delivery note. Any damaged or missing items must be recorded on the
delivery note and reported to Pointrite.co.uk within 3 working days. Pointrite.co.uk reserve the right to reject claims for
damaged/missing items if this procedure is not followed.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 10 working days of
delivery. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for consequential loss arising from
the use of faulty products will be accepted.
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing that they have not been used and are undamaged and notification
is made to us within 10 working days of delivery. The value of goods returned will be credited to the customer. The customer
will be responsible for costs incurred to return goods. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods
have been thoroughly inspected by Pointrite.co.uk.
Payment in GBP ONLY. Full payment is required prior to processing and dispatching orders.
The risk of damage to goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer
until Pointrite.co.uk has received in cash or cleared funds, payment in full for all monies due and outstanding for goods sold
to the customer.
Pointrite.co.uk accept no responsibility for loss of profits, incidental expenses or any consequential loss attributable to defects
in material or delay in or non-delivery of goods.
Pointrite.co.uk distribution is based in the UK.
